Coaching is like an accountability mirror. It takes who you are, your strengths, your barriers, and it challenges you to see and utilize both to overcome obstacles and achieve goals.

Part of the coaching process is the commitment to change. While often times, a single session can be transformative; to work through a specific goal takes time, trial and error, and opportunities to process.
